100% Creatine Monohydrate 100% Creatine Creatine is an organic acid found in vertebrates that contains nitrogen atoms. About 95% of creatine is stored in skeletal muscle. Creatine helps supply energy to cells, mainly muscle cells, acting as a substrate for the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) which acts as an energy store for muscle cells, among other things. 100% CREATINE MONOHYDRATE contains the best studied form of creatine to date. It has been scientifically proven that creatine at a dose of 3 grams per day increases physical performance in case of consecutive short, high-intensity exercise. *Scientifically proven by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and approved by the European Commission (EC). Directions for use A beneficial effect is noticeable with a daily intake of min. 3 grams of creatine per day.
