XStreamForce SARMs – SR9009 is a unique compound that is classified as a ReV-Erba agonist. That means it’s not a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) like many thinks. Stenabolic was developed to help better understand the circadian rhythm, your body’s internal 24-hour clock. It’s a popular compound because many believe it to enhance endurance, which leads to accelerated fat loss.
What is SR9009? What kind of effects can you expect from using this product? Does it have any side effects? What you need to know before buying SR9009? Find answers to these and other questions in the following article.
Stenabolic, also known as SR9009, was discovered by Professor Thomas Burris of the Scripps Research Institute. It is commonly classified as a SARM (Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator) for convenience, when in fact it is an agonist of REV-ERB. Its mechanism of action is quite complicated.
Rev-erbα is a protein found primarily in adipose tissue, liver, muscle and brain. It affects the circadian rhythm of these tissues, widely known as the “biological clock”. This rhythm is defined as a series of patterns that occur in our body throughout each day. It synchronizes with the sunrise and sunset. This mechanism works as a loop that turns individual genes on and off.
For example, when the basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-PAS (Period-Arnt-Single-Minded): CLOCK and BMAL1 genes are activated, the body subsequently begins to transcribe the PER and CRY genes. SR9009 was created to counteract sarcopenia – the body’s deterioration of skeletal muscle with age. Currently, anabolic steroids (mainly Deca-Durabolin) are used to treat sarcopenia, but these have side effects, especially when administered to elderly people with health problems. In theory, the solution to this problem could lie in Stenabolic, which currently has no known side effects. In an animal study, it was observed that Stenabolic not only increased muscle mass and strength, but also had an impact on circadian rhythms, which intrigued the scientists.
In animal studies, SR9009 also improved endurance in mice while reducing anxiety, inflammation, and cholesterol levels. Mice given Stenabolic ran longer, were more focused, and more alert. In addition, as mentioned at the beginning of this article, Stenabolic increases the activity of REV-ERBs, which improves nutrient bioavailability. If the same results could be observed in humans, it would mean that SR9009 could have health benefits similar to physical activity. For this reason, SR9009 is often referred to as “training in the pill”.
Unfortunately, no human clinical trials have been conducted to date, so it is not clear if this product will behave in the same way when ingested in humans. However, due to the satisfactory results of animal testing, many people have decided to use this product without waiting for the clinical trial results.
